My approach to treatment puts your safety front and center and targets your specific situation. Depending on your needs, this may include fall risk evaluations, balance and walking training, strengthening, and mobility exercises.

FITNESS AND TRAINING
Are you looking to maintain your current active lifestyle, or improve your fitness level?
I can work with you to develop a training program to improve or rebuild your strength and overall performance so you can get active and stay active. ​Whether it's running that extra mile, keeping up with your grandkids, or regularly playing with your favorite pickleball group, we can get you there together.

PREVENTION AND WELLNESS
Whether you're recovering from an injury or simply want to be proactive about your physical health, we can work together to prevent future injury and implement healthy habits.​
This includes looking at your routine and providing posture and ergonomic assessments and treatments to ensure that short-term habits don't turn into long-term injuries. We can also work together to build a program for strong and active aging, including joint care, strength building, fall prevention, and balance training.

What to expect
I have an independent, cash-based practice. This means I can work directly with you to address your specific needs based on your goals. Your care will not be influenced by insurance policies or limits. I'm also happy to provide documentation if you would like to submit a claim for possible reimbursement with your insurance company for treatment you've received.

We'll meet in person to discuss your needs, assess your current fitness level, and start the conversation around how to achieve your goals.

PROGRAM DESIGN + KICKOFF
I will design a custom program to address your unique needs, goals, lifestyle, and timeframe. We'll have a phone call to review the program, discuss your questions, and book our first session to get started!
LOCATION
I practice out of Fuel Training Studio in Newburyport, MA, where we have access to beautiful facilities and top notch equipment. I can also offer home visits on the North Shore depending on your needs and location.

Having grown up as an athlete, being active and maintaining a healthy lifestyle is important to me, and I've always enjoyed helping others achieve their fitness goals.

After studying economics and journalism in college, and working for some time as an economic analyst, I soon felt the pull to enter a field that was more active and connected to tangibly helping people. I made a career pivot and earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from New York University.
